Refund policy

Return/Exchange

A product can be returned for up to 30 days from the fulfillment/shipping date.  Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Refunds are not applicable after 30 days from the fulfillment/shipping date. Returns are only allowed for items that are both unused and in their original packaging.  Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the package back.

What if I want to start a return?

  • Returns are ONLY accepted only for damaged, or defective items.  
  • You will need to email us at obeebaits@gmail.com with the following information.
    • The order number associated with your inquiry.
    • List of the item(s) you would like to return
    • State whether you would like to exchange for another product of the same value or a refund to your original payment method.

What if my items are damaged or defective?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or wrong item please email us and include

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. Your exchange or refund request

and MOST IMPORTANTLY

  1. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

For the best results, take pictures on a flat surface in which defects are clearly visible. By using this information, we can better assist you with your order and eliminate errors in future lure making. 

Sale items and Custom Orders.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

Custom orders are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.  Please review your order and make changes before purchase. 

What if I would like to cancel an order?

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes.  If the order is already in production, we cannot accept cancellations.  Every bait we produce is handmade. Most orders are put into production within 24 hours of purchase. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email us and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with, and
  4. Your request.

What if my address was wrong?

Please reach out within 24 hours of ordering.  If your order has already shipped and gets sent back to our warehouse, we will inform you that the order has been shipped back to us and we will kindly ask you to pay for the shipping to get it to you again.  We must receive the package back before offering a refund or re-shipping.
